Multiple issues 2004 GL1800 Triked

Hello,
Any input on these issues would be greatly appreciated.
1. After warm up, test drove a couple of blocks. Cruise control light flashed, instrument panel lights flashed,
engine stalled and would not restart.
Stall was similar to same thing that happened when alternator went out.
2. After finally restarting, at idle.... RPM gage went to zero and engine continued to run, then a noise started which seem to bog the engine. I have a short video of the RPM gage going to zero and includes the noise. Not sure how to add it to this post.
3. recent repairs are new alternator and new battery.
