05 Honda Goldwing 1800 cc Motor trike

Today I left on the Trike and Stopped and wife got her purse out of Back top Lid then went to put it Back in and now it wont open-All fuses are good-can anyone tell me why this wont open

Use the unlock button on your remote!
or
try your key in the trunk lock

Or, use the latch releases under the trunk after you unlock the trunk with the key.

Of course, the trike will be somewhat different, there are no saddlebags but the levers are still there.
