Honda HPP extended warranty.

IF you buy a bike that still has some HPP left is there supposed to be a fee to transfer to new owner or does HPP just stay with bike?

I believe you and the previous owner need to contact HPP and transfer ownership between him and you.

And there has always been a fee as far as my experience goes.
