Questions all answered found the service manual on this site... from 2002 and it seem to be the same as what I was finding on the net.... I am back up and running with the new tires and added Centramatic at the same time. what a ride....

The lugs on the back wheel are 80. There are several items that have to be torqued on the front: The front axle pin is 43 the pinch bolts are 16 and the brake caliper is 23 (right caliper has to be removed to get the wheel off).
