sorry, but your statement is a bit vague, when you say in the front area, do you mean on the front brake caliper (Linked brake system) or do you mean at the front of the rear master brake cylinder? It is not clear where you are seeing the brake fluid so hard to suggest what might be leaking or have failed. Maybe you could attach a picture/photo so we can see the area.

Gary.....
Yes, in reading my plea for help I realize it does not stand on Its own....sorry ...
But... I have a loss of rear (foot pedal) brake fluid. I believe it (the leak) is in the front fork area. I put a layer of plastic drop cloth, covered with several layers of newspaper down on the garage floor, not only to protect the floor, but as an aid in finding the location of the "leak" and parked the Wing over the layers. I believe the leak to be located in the front fork area as the only "spotting" was under the left front.
I cleaned what I could with brakeclean and a tooth brush and wiped with rag before parking on my test spot. I pumped about a resavoir of fluid out of the master ....and found no obvious source.
Better?

I have same problem on my 2001 CSC trike. With a little Help we discovered leak coming from splitter valve on front fork. Purpose of valve is for linked brakes. It will have to be taken off and rebuilt. Parts for rebuild around 50 $. Doesn't look real hard to do. That whole valve is around 250$.

Figured out wat I thought was splitter valve is the secondary master cylinder for rear brake. And guess what? They are under Honda recall. Honda should replace it for free. Getting mine done in a few days. God is good. Hopes this helps.
