Mp3 Player Problems

Post by winger05 »

My factory CD player finally crashed after 7 years so I opted to replace it with the J&M Digital player. Install was pretty much a no brainer, but loading the thumb drive and getting it to display "CD2" is another story. No matter how many songs I load in each CD position, I can not get CD2 to display? It plays CD1 and then goes to CD3 and so on ? Has anyone else encountered this problem? I thought maybe I got a defective player so I drove to J&M Audio in Tucson (I live in Phoenix area) to see if they could check it out. J&M bench tested the player while I waited and it checked out as good. They even used my thumb drive in a new player off the shelf and it did the same thing. J&M gave me some suggestions to try, but nothing has worked. I am at a loss at this point. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

I have the exact same problem on my 02 ABS wing.

I have several issues, not overly impressed. What is a thumb drive, is it the same as a memory stick
If at first you don't succeed, hide the evidence.

Yes, Memory stick, flash drive, thumb drive. All one in the same.
