Tick behind dash
I have a GL 1800 2004. I turned on the bike for a ride today and heard a tick behind my dash. It is a load tick and also has a pump like sound before the tick. Anyone had this one?

Your headlight adjuster is malfunctioning. The motor is bottoming out and the straining sound and click is from the gears and such. Contact you dealer on disconnecting the motor until it can be repaired.
