2003 gold wing radio lost menory
my radio is working fine but the other day I wanted to listen to a channel I push one and all the precept buttons and found it lost all precept channels on fm did not try am.I tried to reset the channels and it would not take the reset all preset channels are at 0 now. could some one please tell me what happen and what I can do to reset my radio channels . note all the other buttons seem to be working ok. thanks John

2 suggestions come to mind
1. Have the battery load tested.
2. Disconnect battery, if it tested good, for a while, which may do a reset on the radio.
If that fails, contact Sierra Electronics @ Toll Free: 1-800-338-6938

First try the reset mentioned above with the battery disconnected. Actually taking the battery out and to a shop for load testing will do both at once.
If that does not work you might also go the the wingconnect.com website and check with Larry. He is a guru at fixing and improving these radios.

thank you all very much the battery disconnected did the job I did get the Radio re program the memory channels. Again thank you all. John
