Dash all blue no information

Post by tuabrrs »

Experiencing a strange problem. Left ignition on over night by mistake and killed battery. Put charger on it for a while and tried to start. left go a while longer due to not yet enough juice. Tried again and started but no instrument panel details except odometer and trip meter and no radio. Road a few miles stopped for a few hours started again fine but still no display in the dash just the blue background. As I write this It occures to me that I should check fuese ... will do that but checking with the group. Thoughts? Is there some kind of 'system reset' sequence with the ignition like with a car?!?! Thanks for any advice. Bob

Disconnect the battery for a while. Simply disconnect the negative cable and let it set for thirty minutes or so. That would be a good time to put the charger on the battery and let it charge for a while. Then reconnect. Should take care of your problem.
