2001 1800 fuel pump issues

I think I have fuel pump issues. My wing will not fire.Checked all fuses relays plugs all is good. There at no F1 codes that come up.I have power to the pump. I removed the high pressure line and cranked the engine nothing comes to the top. Need some advice. Fit to be tied wish I had a service manual it would help.Look forward to all your advice Lionel :?
