Does anyone know what the blue plug to the right of this pic is for? I have two wires that keep heating up and breaking contact inside of this plug. They cause my dash to quit working. It's four wires that are 'jumpered' from the factory. I'm stumped on how to fix this problem. Please help!

It's possible they are grounds. If they are connected together at the plug, you could try bypassing the connector with a hard wire repair. Use bullet connectors.
Not uncommon for the wings to have ground problems at the wiring plugs. Honda seems to like to use common grounds.

Nope....tried that yesterday. Cut the wires, soldered them together and grounded them. Found out the hard way it's a 'hot' wire. Blew a 20 amp fuse. Reattached wires back and put everything back together.cihilb wrote: ↑Sun Jul 30, 2017 5:30 pm It's possible they are grounds.
