Rough idle and stall after 85 mile ride?

After 85 mile run 2001 gl 1800 rough idle and stall at light 2x more before making it home about another 20 miles. Had F1 light after shutting off went out and not on since, added some sea foam to tank still rough ideles after warm up period any thoughts?

Since you shut it down and didn't read the codes, it is difficult to tell you what the issue may be.

You should take the bike to a Honda motorcycle dealer and have them read the codes. It will cost you the price of a half hour of shop time but they will be able to tell you what the issue is. About all they need to do is take off the seat and hook the code reader (Laptop) to the port under the seat.
