When I'm riding my 2005 wing there is a lot of heat on my right foot. Left is perfect. Any ideas?

Ride so the right foot is out of the sun! 
Seriously I am assuming you are wearing boots and I really have no idea but obviously more heat is blowing that way. Any chance for an exhaust leak?

This is a real long shot, but is the vent you open in the winter time to blow warm air over your feet open on that side???
