Re: warm up
Only if one side of the engine is warming up before the other. Each radiator cools the bank of cylinders on that side of the engine:
So basically, no, they should warm up together. Check to see if all the cylinders are firing at idle. Feel the exhaust headers on each cylinder when you first start it up and see if any of them are warming more slowly than the others.

Re: warm up
guess I'll have to start an investigation. did change my anti freeze a little while back and did notice the right got hot before the left after change, figure maybe air pocket and it would works its way out, then kinda forgot about it, 3000 plus mi.later at the beginning of a ride I was getting warmer air out of the right radiator. I'm going to check coolant in radiator. reservoir full, bike runs great, no problem there. Thanks for the diagram.

Re: warm up
This might seem silly but have you checked the radiators for bugs and flotsam that may have blocked airflow? I carry an HF IR temperature gun to verify my observations engine temps left to right, brake rotor temps, tire temps etc. I got it for almost free on sale and it might be something that can assist you tracking down or verifying an issue.
