How to take apart the left handlebar switch cluster

How to take apart the left handlebar switch cluster
Need to replace light bulbs in the left handlebar switch cluster. Took out the two screws but it would not separate. It seemed like it wanted to separate but would not. Didn’t want to force it. Am I missing a fastener?

It is a 2005. I have taken out two screws but it seems like there is still something holding it together.
