Audio display
The radio display on my 2005 GL1800A isn't working. The radio works, and the display works for the opening and closing banner as well as the temperature. Anyone run into this?

Re: Audio display
The only thing that comes to mind is maybe the last time the shelter was off the radio connectors didn't get completely snapped in.

Re: Audio display
The only time this happened to me is when I forgot to press all the buttons required to get it all turned on. Audio first, then selection of whichever I wished to use. Mostly I press Audio, then CD, then CB and I am good to go. I seldom use the radio AM or FM, or the XM/Weather.

Re: Audio display
Tried all of the suggestions that I found on line, and nothing worked. Going to pull the shelter when I have a few hours to kill and check the connections there.

Pull the battery negative terminal and wait 5 minutes, reconnect and try again before going any further. Sometimes, the system has to be rebooted, so to speak.

Re: Audio display
First, remove the meter panel and inspect its "info" connector. Sometimes, overtime, a wire breaks.
