PHONE QUESTION?

Post by POPPY'S WING »

Hi EVERYONE. My headset plugs into the Wing system. I was thinking. If I PLUG my Android phone into the left pocket, can I receive phone calls through my headset? I know,I shouldn't be thinking. Thanks

Not likely..on the AUX connector is Just three poles left bud, right bud, ground. The headset that came with the phone would have 4 poles, left bud, right bud, ground, mic

Right, didn't think of that. I think there is an adapter to splice the phone into the intercom though.

you need a bluetooth dongle from j&m that injects the phone into the honda communications .
# CGBH-GL18 is their #. i have it on mine and it works great.

Once installed, you can listen to am/fm, intercom, Xbox, etc as normal. If you receive a call, those are muted and you push the button on the supplied controller. Once done with the call all functions are resumed. Install isn’t bad as the unit mounts under the left storage box.

Thanks oilboy, I didn't know it was that expensive. I might as well go all the way, with a SENA BLUETOOTH.

Why not let it go to voice mail and concentrate on the road?? You can return the call when you stop.
