2012 cb operating manual/instructions
Hello, I've recently purchased a 2012 GL1800 with audio/comfort package. I'm looking for the operating manual for the cb. I've tried turning the cb on using the "CB" button however nothing happens. I've tried Google but keep getting referred to the owners manual which directs me to the cb operating manual. Anyone out there who can help me out of the circles?

you need to havea cb installed on the bike to use it. honda stopped putting them in after a certain year. it then became an "accessory" part that yo need to add.if you only have one anteena ( on the right side of trunk) then you dont have a cb installed, its plug-and-play once you have it.

You can just look under the floor of the trunk and see if there is a CB in there. There is an antenna combiner on the market that would allow the CB use with only one antenna, but the antenna would not appear to be the Stainless stock radio antenna. In all likely hood though oilboy1162 is right, its not installed.

Good on ya zoomie! Hope you find a CB that's disconnected in there, but I too started without one. Being an old CB tech I've never had a vehicle without one. There are a few OEM and after market radios, mine is an aftermarket but no-longer has support ( but works well). Many options for different frequency two ways as well; that's a whole different thread.
