2015 Navi SD card download issue

Hello all,
Having an issue with loading maps into my system. This just recently started. I can create a route in Furkot, MapSource or Basecamp then copy on an SD card (16gig). Install on bike gps, start bike. the gps sees the card/information and the system says it copied the route. Here comes the problem. I cannot see the route from the menu. It seems like the information is not copied from the sd card even though the system goes through the copying routine. Question, is there any particular files that need to be on the sd card besides the gpx file? I deleted all tracks and routes that were in the bike gps. I disconnected the negative post on the bike, left off for a few minutes and reconnected, no change. I understand there is a reset button on the gps but I have not tried this yet.
