Bazzaz or Power Commander install to fix stumble and surging?

Has anyone installed one of these products to fix the off idle hesitation or surging issue? Both claim to adjust the fuel mapping issue and smooth out the power delivery.
My 2015 GL1800 has had the stumble and then surge when accelerating from a stop since new. My passenger finds it annoying especially in low speed turns.

my 2002 only gives the 'off idle' surging if my hand is laying on the throttle while stopped waiting for a traffic light.

I have learned to either get off the throttle, or to raise the rpm a bit and it stops that.

The only thing I have seen that will work is to have the Honda ECM Re Flashed. Here is a post from another site with the information.

I also had a tiny hesitation problem just off idle....Problem solved when I discovered a weak 5/6 coil.
