installing rear speaker harness on a goldwing 1800

How to install rear speaker harness on a 1800 goldwing. I tried to fix but I still get no response.
I have checked the speakers and they work fine.

I got my rear speakers and harness from Cyclemax. As I recall, it was a simple plug and play setup and the instructions were very clear. i recall it being an easy install..... I think this is the kit I purchased..... https://cyclemax.com/inc/sdetail/gl1800 ... kit/388317

For a proper answer, year is almost always required.

I didn't mention that my Goldwing is a 2007. I realize that the older '01 -'05 have a different setup.
The speakers are the same but the wiring harness seems to be different. Someone submitted a response awhile back, but I can't seem to find it.
It seems to have a bunch of wires in my harness.

OK. You have the premium sound with the power amp. It is a completely different setup.
This may be a dumb question, but are you sure you don't have the front rear balance adjusted to the front only?

Yes, I do have to premium sound. And yes I did check the fader. I do not have it set for the front speakers. I checked to make sure.
My harness has a bunch or wires in it and then two that go into the speaker box. All the wires were broken from the trunk hinge and I fixed them (I thought).
I just need to replace the whole harness(es).

The "in" and "out" connectors are under the seat. After you get the seat off, then remove the passenger back rest. The harness runs from under the seat, up the right hinge, thru the trunk lid, and back down the left hinge. Use a sharpie to mark how it runs in and out of the trunk lid. You will also have to remove the both speaker boxes (arm rest covers #44, 50 in the fishe below).
