2010 cruise control not working
Cruise control not working. Also reverse light comes on for a half a second then goes to nuteral.

Just purchased bike. Wasn't working at that time. Also reverse light comes on for a second and goes out before I can get to starter. And
temps is now staying on.

The problem is we dont know what the last person did /added ect ect. Just last week I had my top shelter off and inadvertently unplugged the cruise actuator. Once the bike was moving faster than 15mph the green cruise engaged lit up flashing....very annoying. Now you say the temp guage stays up?
Sounds like mice chewing on wires to me.
Anyway the best way to start is with a service manual and remove the top shelter and look for something obvious.

The reverse light is supposed to do that, bulb check, along with some other lights when you turn the switch on. Cruise not working is normally one of the switches on the brakes or clutch.
