Is there a need to change the filter? If there is, where is it located? How hard would it be?
Thank you guys!

if it is not having fuel starvation issues, don't worry about it.
if you suspect water, use some SeaFoam in a tank or two.

The GL1800 does not have a fuel filter as such. It is a screen incorporated as part of the fuel pump and is not a normally serviceable item.
