Wiring a volt meter, help please!
I'm in the process of adding a volt meter on the 1800. I was able to get my hands on a Honda factory meter from an 02, but have no wiring diagram. I figured out the ground, but I'm not sure about which stud gets the input line and which feeds the light. Does anyone have a picture of the back where the connections are, showing what connects where? The back of this meter has a "G" next to the center stud, "I" on the right hand stud (as you look at the back), and an "S" on the left. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to damage this meter.

I am assuming that this is the voltmeter you are talking about:

I hope this is what you are looking for.
If so, here is a link to the installation instructions:http://wingstuff.com/system/uploads/pdf ... 1509750882
I hope this is what you are looking for.

That is exactly what I'm looking for. Based on your picture, it looks like there should be a plug in the harness under the right pocket, I'm just not sure there's one on my 03. I'll have to look. Thanks a ton!

There is a plug there. I believe it is red.

Re: Wiring a volt meter, help please!
MikeB, Thanks so much for your help. I cruised over to Wingstuff and found the wiring harness, so one of those is on the way. The gauge is installed, looks great, and I have it wired temporarily to a switched wire in the shelter. Once the new harness arrives, the temp wiring will be repurposed to power up the LEDs I plan on installing in the radiator vents. Thanks again.
