Under the left hand panel next to the battery. There is a box on the left, two clips(lever type) keep the cover on. You should have a small fuse remover in the case - very useful as the fuses are small, and if like me you have large fingers, difficult to remove.

Not to be a smart a**, but did you read your owners manual? It tells you where everything is. That should be the first thing you do when you get a new bike. It's not quite like some bikes that hide them. You should have seen it when you had the side cover off to add the extra lights and heated gear connections.

You should be able to download a service manual (free) for your bike online (If you click on the "Manuals" dropdown menu at the top of the GoldwingDocs, it has a link to the GL1800 manuals) and it should give you almost any information needed for electrical wiring. The service manual should have a wiring diagram, and if you study it a little you should be able to find anything you need to know about your electrical system. Also some if not all electrical products should have instructions that can be downloaded online.Brothermick wrote:Just bought bike have no owners manual just need help to find fue location and how to access it also want to know if there are power sources for connecting phone ect thanks
I have an extra fuse block added to my bike that is only powered when the key is in the on or acc position. The instructions should have how to wire it that way.
I do have a GL1800 so if you have any other model it could be different.
Next thing is if you have trouble finding the fuse block: maybe you should take it to a mechanic so you don't do something wrong and fry your whole wiring harness. That would be very costly to repair.
