Honda TripPlanner and my 2015 GL1800
I am having an issue importing routes that I’ve done in the TripPlanner online. I copy them to the SD card and then when I turn on the bike it says they have been imported, but they don’t show up anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe, IDK.
When I do this the bike says that there are new files that can be imported and I have to either select all or select the individual files I want it to upload/import into the bike's navigation system.
Is yours thinking it is doing this automatically without you selecting which or all new files available for import? If that is the case you might try deleting all the files in that folder on the SD card and then re-export them from the trip planner site with a slightly different name and then see if the bike's system recognizes those "new" files and will let you fully import them into the bike's system. Sorry that was such a long sentence.

I’ve selected just one or a few but they still don’t show up.

I experienced this same issue over the weekend on my 2012. I had uploaded two routes to the SD card from the Honda Tripplanner sight. The bike recognized the routes and allowed me to import them from the card. However, when I tried to find them, they weren't there. I made sure there were no previous routes stored that may have taken up the memory and loaded them a couple of times. The display always said that they had been uploaded. When I would go into the route section they still weren't there. I'm looking for suggestions. Thanks

Re: Honda TripPlanner and my 2015 GL1800
When I download them on my 2012, I have to do one at a time or they will not show up. So, for a 4 day trip, I download day one to the card. I make each day a separate file. I then take the card to the bike and power it up. It will tell me to import the file. I import it, and it shows up. Power it down, and take the card back to the computer and repeat for the remaining days (files). Pain in the rear? Yes it is! But, that was the only way I could get all the files to import. If I tried multiple days (files), the same thing would happen that you are having.
If anyone has something that works for multi file imports, I am all ears also!!

Well, I tried adding one route at a time to the card then uploading. Still no good. The onboard system recognizes that a route is on the card. It says that it's uploaded. But still isn't there to choose. I've tried this several times with no luck. It's not the end of the world but, I would like to get this figured out. TIA
