I have 2016 Goldwing Comfort.

What is the "Beep" Button/Knob for? I can other than how to turn it on/off I can't find any info on when/how to use it.

The beep set to on, should emit a beep to confirm that you adjusted the volumn or switched iPod tracks etc.
On the CB side it may let you know of volumn or channel and squelch changes
There also could be a "Roger beep" when you release the talk button so your other party knows you finished

No owner manual, eh?

From the 2017 Owners Manual, should be the same for the 2016...
