Popsocket Mounts

Post by RichWing »

Popsocket's are handy buttons you stick on the back of your smartphone. Popsocket makes a stick on mount that fits the popsocket. Has anyone tried using this as a way to mount your smart phone to your bike? If so, has it worked well for you?

My son is going to enjoy it for many years to come.

I have seen those in use, but personally, I would trust one to keep it attached to my bike.

some phones, the cases will come apart if you breathe on them.

I prefer a strong gripper claw that has a strong spring that clamps it tight.

there is a mount that uses a threaded bolt to clamp a phone like a vise, friend of mine has one, says it has never lot a phone on his 1800.
