Is there such a thing A Rear Brake Master Cylinder upgrade to help stopping when hauling a trailer?

The existing brakes are more than capable of locking the bike wheels. The limitation is tire adhesion to the road, not your master cylinders or calipers.

If you're getting pushed along and are not happy with your stopping power, the next step to look at would be electric brakes on the trailer.

None that I'm aware of. Be sure you are using both front and rear brakes and all pads should be OEM. When towing having a Wing with ABS can be a huge benefit.

The breaks on your wing have more then enough power for towing a trailer. I tow a Roll A Home camper and have trailer breaks. On a trip, I had an electrical issue with the trailer breaks and they were not working. The trailer was at around 600 lbs. and the wing had no problem coming to a stop. I just had to start my stop sooner. If you are just going to run a small cargo trailer, You will be fine. You are just going to burn up break pads a little quicker.
