2008 goldwing airbag removal
I smell a mouse nest. It appears to be coming from the airbag area. Is the air filter in the same area? What would be best route to inspect to see if that's were it is. Please advise. Thank you.

Have you had the Airbag recall done? If not, then get the dealership to do it, and at the same time, change out the air filter. They may give you a break on the cost that way, and kills two birds with one stone. I did this and also had them flush out the coolant and the cost was minimal. If you have had the recall done, then you are in for a real treat getting to the air filter. Make sure you have a service manual, and pay attention to the Airbag instructions. The air filter is a little more into the guts than the airbag, but all part of the same take apart job.

Thank you I will definitely check it out. I have thoughts of taking apart next year for a repaint. I own a bodyshop.
