tires
hi everyone..hopefully someone can give me a few tips on what tires work best on a 2001 goldwing as i await delivery friday on a low mileage girl! hopefully it will solve some of the front end shake around 30-40mph. of course that is wit h no hands. i always like to check how a bike tracks when i buy one used. i had a new 1800 wing years ago that had the same wobble, then i had two others that did not. low mileage on her...11,000. wouldnt think the neck bearings need any help.

Re: tires
regular tire?
I went for the Dunlop E4
Car tires?
I did not like the Michelin Primacy Alpin, it tried really hard to stand up in turns.
I have switched to a more rounded profile car tire.

Re: tires
At least in the photo, it doesn't look rounded at all. Maybe a stock photo or a bad angle.

Chances are your steering head bearings need replaced with tapered ones.
