Fork brace for 1800

Does anyone know what the finish is on Gen II Kuryakyn black fork brace ?
All I can find is Gloss Black
Is it powder coated, painted, anodized or what ?

Traxxion black fork brace is anodized and cost more.....

Per Bill Robins at Kuryakyn the finish is

Gloss Black powder coat
