Audio out from Zumo 595

Greetings!

I recently acquired a Zumo 595 and am replacing my old Nuvi whose audio was hardwired. I have a Sena freewire and Sena headset.

If the Zumo 595 hardwired audio out is used and it is also paired to a Sena headset by Bluetooth, can you choose which audio output (line out or bluetooth) is active? Or are they both on by default?

And can you choose where the navigation voice prompts go (Bluetooth or line out) and the music (from phone or memory card) goes separately?

I guess I can just Bluetooth the Zumo to my headset and phone to Zumo but since I have a stereo wired input open on the freewire and a GPS voice quality input into the intercom, thought I would check.
