LCD 2007 Reset ?

Post by deonds »

My LCD lost pixels over time to a point where the screen went black. Radio, Aux and iPod works fine. I replaced the screen with a new one and the is a light white background on the screen now. Radio, Aux and iPod still works fine but no display what so ever. Is there something I must reset ?

Thought I remembered something about a contrast adjustment that needed to be made.

Earlier today, I replied to your post about your LCD issues with a link but I see that it is no longer there. I guess someone was not pleased that I posted a link to a competing Gold Wing board.

It sounded like your experience was similar to those of others on a different Gold Wing board. I posted the link in hopes it could help you figure out what you issues were.

I have subsequently sent you a private message with the link.

If posting the link is contrary to the GoldWingDocs policies, I apologize. But I was just trying to be helpful.
