Dear all,
I near to buy a GoldWing MY 2016, with navi.
I know that there are two SD cards, one for maps, the other for trip planner.
Could anyone tell me what kind of cards are used?
Are they SD or SDHC?
What method are they formatted with?
Thanks in advance for any response.

SD card is all that's needed, and format the card as FAT32

Thanks for the answer.
Finally I was able to do some tests on my bike ...
So I could see that the map card is an 8 Gb SDHC and the routes card is a 2 Gb SD card.
If you put a card with GPX files stored in the root, it is not detected.
However, the routes card has a "Garmin" folder, with other sub-folders within it.
Just recreate the same folder structure, putting the itinerary in GPX format in the penultimate folder, and the card is detected and the itinerary loaded.
And 4Gb SDHC cards and above also work.
However, they must be FAT32 formatted
