2008 right hand injector/radiator stay needs replacement. Anyone know what has to be removed to replace this part. Thanks in advance.

The fairing will have to come off and probably the radiator.

The cowl should come off. However, because of a cowl that was broken on the one I was working on the other day, I did it without removing the cowl. Not removing the cowl is far more difficult and will probably take longer time. If you choose to do it without taking the cowl off, be sure your 5mm allen wobbly is a SnapOn.

Ive got an 07 and this is at least the 4th one Ive heard of breaking including mine. I wonder how many more are out there. I used automotive epoxy to fix mine.

While doing some maintenance, I found that bracket broken. I was able to remove it and reweld it. It is a pain to get to but with a little patient's you should be able to get it out.
