GL1800 2012 Navi Firmware Update

I have a 2012 US-Spec GL1800. I want to update the Firmware of the Navi-System. There are three Files needed.
1.) The Firmware File itself (I have the File here 095602000280_bbsys.rgn sized 26.904.320 bytes),
2.) The Garmin Communicator File (I have the Communicator File here V4.20 sized 18.860.616 bytes) and
3.) A File called Updater.exe (which i need - sized about 704Kb) - i cant find it on the internet.
I halso have the How-to-update-manual (pdf) here.
Can someone send me the file Updater.exe (or tell me where to Download (the DL-Link in the manual is obvious for dealer only). Thanks a lot.

Hi,

i dont need map updates.
I need the Updater.exe file to flash the new firmware to the eprom. has nothing to do with map or sd-card
