Is This Plug Un-Used? Or did I goof up?

Post by loubo »

2002 GL1800 Goldwing;
I decided to fix my R-Hand Kill-Switch, change my air filter, and reverse switch, and generally clean up everything.

So I proceeded to dis-assembly my bike. I took pics as I went along but cant find one pic I took that shows me where 1 lone 13-pin connector goes.
I want to know before I re-assemble everything. My guess is that It may be an unused connector? (CB maybe -I don't have CB on this bike).
It comes off the Wiring harness that has 2 big plugs that go to the radio-comms unit. I will attach some photos... any insights would be much appreciated..

1. Radio-Comms unit

2. Harness

3. 13-pin Connector

If I remember correctly the early 1800 wings had the CB plug by the side of the radio, I know on the 06 up wings Honda moved the plug by the right side key panel that opens the fairing panel
