Hello,
I have 2015 with comfort package. My display scree has some some horizontal lines in it that are just gray. Lines don’t appear when bike is off. I’m hoping there is just a way to reset the screen and I don’t need to buy a new one.

No way to reset it. I have a 2012 that is doing the same thing. I just live with it. The screens from Honda are crazy expensive. You can get a replacement off E Bay for a lot less if it is really bothering you that bad. I thought I had a link saved, but can not find it. Just do a search for failing display screens and you should be able to find a link.

The screens are still available from Honda, but very expensive. Some install the "knock-offs" from eBay only to find out that they then burn out the NAVI unit in the trunk.
