I have decided I am going to use Polk Audio DB series speakers to replace the 20+ year old stock speakers that are on my 2004 gl1800.
My question is, can I fit the 5.25” speakers up front or are the 4” the only option I have up front ? If the 5.25” will fit, what mods do I need to make ?

JUST HAD TO NOTCH THE SCREW TABS AT THE CORNER WITH SOME TIN SNIPS. YOULL SEE WHEN U GET THEM AND PULL THE SHELTER OFF. NO PROBLEM
I know people say we spend too much money on our rides, but I can't hear them when I'm 1000 miles away!
