Info screen 2010 Audio Comfort NON-Airbag

I was riding when the info screen went blank. Only display was the time, odometer and trip odometer. CB, CD, Aux would not appear on the screen. CD and CB would not work. Checked the fuses all good. Any ideas on a fix would be appreciated.

Check the simple stuff first. In front of the ign. key, and under the meter panel is an black, 8-pin plug. Be sure it is fully seated.
