1800 Headset pin out?

Post by apopj@yahoo.com »

I have the Clymer manual and still can't get a break down... I am trying to figure out the pin out for the driver and passenger headset connectors. I want to try adding a simple push button momentary normally open switch inline with the hot microphone line to get rid of wind noise in the intercom. Any help, thoughts, diagrams would be most appreciated. I will gladly share what I find with the group....

Thanks, Dr. JL Popa

I have some waterproof switches that I installed on my bike from http://www.digikey.com - actually, they are regular switches that you can get waterproof rubber boots that fit over top of them.

See: http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSea ... f%20switch
