Back rest for 96 GL1500 Free

Post by snb290 » Fri Jan 26, 2018 5:39 pm

I have a driver back rest for a 96 GL1500 that I'm not using. If anyone has need of it, stop by and pick it up.
I am not asking anything for it. If you feel that you can't take it without something in return..... Hmm can't think of anything I need.
It's not in perfect condition.
I live in Rusk, Texas. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Oh well, I like it here.

Hi. Is this backrest still available? And would you be willing to ship it to San Jose CA? I could pay for postage and something extra for your trouble.

I'd be willing to ship it. It's so bulky, it'll be a while before I can find a box the right size. If you will send me an address, I'll get it together and check with the Post office to see what the cost would be.

Hi.
Sent you a PM with mailing info.
No hurry on this. I had major rib surgery 3 weeks ago and can't really do anything on the bike for at least a few more weeks.
Thank you.

Forgot to mention that if you want to disassemble it to make it easier to package that would be fine. I'm sure I could figure out how to reassemble it.

I've got so much work and parts in this one, I've decided to keep it. As for the backrest. There is a gentleman in San Jose, CA that want's it.
