Brakes: New hoses both front and rear. Master cylinders and calipers rebuilt to accept DOT 5 fluid. New pads, rotors buffed and treated.
Carbs: Disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with Randakk's components. Slide weights adjusted within 0.1g. Vacuum balanced. Randakk's HP fuel filter, Pistol Pete's Carb Cold Start Valve
Electrics: New ignition coils, wires, boots, plugs, ballast resistor. Rick's Electric starter motor and rectifier. New Honda OEM diodes. Alternator upgraded with Randakk's unit. Aux LED floodlight. Instrument and indicators switched to LEDs. New 7v unit for instrument cluster. New headlight, stoplight, turn signal bulbs. New points and capacitor. Front turn signals not stock, different position w/reflectors.
Exhaust body, and frame: Original exhaust and frame were both rusted beyond repair. New frame, so engine and frame numbers don't match, but cleared with NCDMV for new title. Jardine Rumblers aftermarket exhaust. New paint and pin striping. Fuel tank de-rusted, all bushings, bearings, steering head, shaft drive, dampers, splines replaced, cleaned, and lubed as needed. Aftermarket Saddleman Dual Touring Seat.
Timing belts replaced. Less than 5000 miles on front and rear tires. Bike registered as an 'antique'. No NC inspection needed. Second Place, and Honorable Mention winner at Carolina Classic, and VJMC shows. Ridden only to rallys shows, and to keep the seals working. Runs a little rough, but that will give the new owner something to tinker with.
