The plastic shell of the Vetter Windjammer fairing on my 1100 was all cracked and broken, and I got another Windjammer to replace it. I saved all the Misc parts (Lights, Horns etc) from the old fairing. I don't know about a "Windjammer 4", mine just says "Windjammer" so I don't know if my spare Turn Signal assy will fit.
Can you take pictures of your light fixture removed from the fairing so we can compare? I'm in for the night, but I'll see if I can get some pictures of mine Tomorrow....

Looks like I got a match... Lens is not conveniently removable, you get the entire unit. 
Finding them for $60 on e-bay, How's $30 + shipping sound?
