ACE Hardware has a large selection of metric allen bolts, nuts, washers (plastic and metal) even available in chrome! Local and immediate "delivery".

Yup.. those are called shoulder bolts/screws. Bought a set of chromed ones last summer. Stop by a WELL STOCKED ACE Hardware store. Not all ACEs are the same. My local ACE has some hardware but not as much as one an hour away. Why? Don't know but I suspect each store may be franchised owned. YMMV.
If your local ACE doesn't have, order from McMaster.

Well Hondas are cheaper than McMasterCarr! 4.70 each for close to the same size.
Boltdepot wanted more for not really the same size.
Gonna make 'washer" heads for Allen "flat" heads. Should fit just fine, really cheap too!
