PROJECT 1980 Honda Goldwing GL1100 (With Extras) - $300 not mine from Craigslist near me includes -Progressive Suspension Front/rear

Listed here is my 1980 Honda Goldwing GL1100 that I was working on for quite a bit last year, but I soon realized I was a bit over my head.
I do have the title for the bike, it is current/clean and does not have any back fees.
The bike is pulled apart right now on it's center stand and front tire with it's rear tire removed.

I did get the bike to turn over and idle roughly. I bought a cleaned carb set online and replaced all the jets/floats/rings with a Randakks kit.

It comes with two gas tanks, one has a failed POR-15 liner inside of it. The other I bought off ebay and just needs to be de-rusted.
Frame/transmission is solid, engine is slowly leaking oil.
I replaced the start/ignition switch. Installed steel brake lines on the front with a new front brake reservoir. Installed a new fuel pump. Made new steel braided fuel lines to carb/fuel pump.

I have some extra parts for it I'll include with the bike:

-Progressive Suspension Front/rear
-Vetter Windjammer IV with Mount
-Cheap Carb Synchronizer
-Plastic external Gas tank (for when you're wrenchin')
-New timing belts
-Brake lines/pads for rear brake.
-A box of decently labeled parts that I have already removed from the bike.

I just simply do not have the time or money for something like this right now. It obviously needs lots of work but I believe this is a solid bike for a good project if you're looking for one.
