Looking for a inner fairing meter panel for 2001 Goldwing

I'm looking for an inner fairing meter panel for a 2001 Goldwing or comparable year (2001 - 2005).

Ok, I found a meter panel but having a hard time finding the little clear plastic pieces with the arrows on them that go behind the blinker holes

Can anyone verify this? The two clear plastic pieces on the bottom of the top meter panel that has traced out arrows on them (one right and one left even though they are probably universal) that cover the turn signal lights that clip on the two tongs on either side of the turn signal holes - are they 64259-MCA-300 seal winker? I have researched this and every site shows a package or a label with a bar code but none have actual pictures of what the part looks like. I'm guessing it would be number 14 below, but 14 looks like a washer seal more than a plastic strip with an arrow on it. Any thoughts?
