anybody knows where I can buy this "anthena" for my GL1200 Aspencade please?

Welcome to the forum.
That is a helmet holder. It replaces the original brake and/or clutch lever pivot pin. You can place the D-rings of your helmet over the pin and place a small padlock around the pin below the top knob.

Mine is called "SAV-A-HELMET" D-Ring HOLDERS made by Roma Touring Cycle Products. I don't think they are around any more, good luck with your search.

Most of the ones I see replace the lever pivot bolt. What your photo looks like is a master cylinder with an integral mirror mount, like the naked bikes have. And the helmet holder screws into that.
