Parting out '95 Magenta Wing

Post by vcdc »

My 95 has become a donor bike for my new to me 2000 Wing. Lots of extra parts. What does yours need? What do you want?

I actually took the 95 covers off and put them on the new to me 2000. I just like the looks of them better. The ones off of 2000 are in very good shape. I will send a picture when I get home

Do you have the left side fairing shelter.
As you can tell by the pictures the shelter is not perfect. The tab is broken where it fits under the left pocket. So that is not noticeable once the pocket is in. It also has a small scar by the lower vent opening. I sold off the vents so you would have to reuse the ones from your existing fairing.
I would take $20 plus whatever it cost to ship.

The radio is actually from my new to me 2000 SE. Works perfectly. I kept the 95 radio because I had Sierra Electronics wire in a cord to go to my phone (before bluetooth).
I am asking $125 +shipping. Tony

Dan, I was mistaken in that it was the right side shelter that was broken. The left side is not broken. There Is a small scar that you can see from the attached picture. The vents have already been sold, so you would need them. I am asking $ 95 to include shipping if you are in the US.Tony

There's a steel rod that crosses the assembly from left to right, the latch hooks that catch the tabs in the lid go on that rod. The plastic back of that assembly where the rod is held is broken, so the right side of the trunk lid does not latch.

So pretty much need the entire assembly minus the levers.
